The best part is: I tried to cancel one of the items, one I didn't need, and they refused to cancel it. Lol! Now it's the only order of mine that hasn't been refunded yet. But I haven't received anything.

Sucks since I live very close to where the seller is supposedly located.

I am kinda happy they canceled. I ordered items I don't really need today but nice to have just in case.

Same. Still sell two of the cancelled items, so reported those to eBay as seller refusal to honor sale.

How do you do that? All of the items that were cancelled they are still selling.

Mentioned in posts above, I simply repeated procedure.

Y'all added 50 negative feedbacks in the past couple days, I will not follow, they are too big to ruin their reputation and we all knew it was a mistake. They gained nothing out of this and either did most of us.

One order for Dewalt blower. Got delivered and then they "canceled" the order and I got the refund. The thing is woefully underpowered compared to either the Toro electric blower or the Makita gas one that I've had. It is good enough for clearing the patio and the sidewalk but I can't imagine working on the yard in the fall with it. If it weren't free it would be going back.

Then they should have said: "sorry, price mistake" instead of lying to us. That's the part that actually bothers me. The lying part and the fraudulent part.

Making mistakes is okay. Own up to it. Do not lie about it. This is basic human decency 101.

And you don't need to go to college for that human basic 101. This is called a lack of decency

I agree, price mistakes happen, we move on. Why can't they just say that? I'm not going to leave negative feedback, I'll probably buy from them again, but things they sell are usually priced the same at several retailers, if that's the case, I will chose another, purely on the way they handled the mistake.
It's absolutely stunning to me the way they tried to make it seem as if I had canceled the order, going so far as creating a ticket, then telling me I asked to cancel. Why do that? Was an employee trying to cover for their mistake? Were they worried about consequences from eBay? It seems very dishonest. Then to go ahead and ultimately cancel it for being out of stock, when it wasn't. Even recalling peoples shipments. Add to that that it took them 6 days to cancel my order. It wasn't even to verify orders weren't shipped because if the other posters here are to be believed (I believe them) they canceled and refunded for many people who got their items.
I messaged them back to say, no, I didn't cancel, but I understand. They responded with nonsense, clearly copy and paste response for another issue. I am quite sure this was a mistake, but the way they handled it was just absolutely awful. I have thankfully never had an issue with anything I purchased from them, but I do have to wonder if I did, would they handle it the same way?

How do I leave feedback for this seller? Am I eligible to leave a negative feedback since all my items were cancelled and I received the refund??

I don't see anywhere for me to leave feedback for this seller.

Just added negative feedback on eBay for the canceled order. Don't forget, folks!
