The shipping wasn't ideal, as the bag arrived all creased and wrinkly. But fortunately the balls weren't crushed and none of the cream leaked out. I think the heat during shipping caused some of the balls to stick to the sides, but if you jiggle the bag, it will free them up a bit.
At this low price, I'm even thinking about buying a load of them, and dropping a load at the local fire station for the brave firefighters who risked their lives in Los Angeles. Thumbs up!
