I don't think this will break any rules as I just read the SD rule policy. If it does mods please delete.

You can give yourself a referral code. I just did it. Create another samsung account with a different email addy. Sign up for the referral program and get your specific referral code and use it on you edu account. You're welcome 😊

if I could rep myself I would, lol

Starting to feel like I should not order during pre-order in the future. Better deals coming up after.

But I'm seeing $1,104.99 with EPP account.

Edit: Oooh ok, so you have to select No Trade-in to get the $850 value...so cannot be combined with trade-in

Need to first go to offers from the front page to get 300 off on no trade in. Doesn't automatically apply from any link or clicking buy now on s25 ultra. Takes a little bit of work. Then you can do it

Just a heads up, a lot of tech youtubers are saying the s25 has nothing really more to offer when compared to the s24. so if you're wanting an upgrade.. i suggest you wait.

I think most people understand that. You actually may lose functionality, such as S pen bluetooth. On the plus side, you are getting a lighter phone and an extra year of support.

I just got the 1tb for $636 with trade in
750 for trade-in of s23 Ultra, then messaged chat and requested a discount as the 512gb model was out of stock. They took an extra 240 off the purchase
So 436 for 1tb?

Lol. No. Define upgrade? Does it tick all the boxes? Nope... Of course if it has the one thing you wanted, then perhaps, but the last true performance upgrade was s22 to s23. I preferred s21 vs s22, and the ONLY thing s24 has better than s23 is the antireflective screen.I would NOT have gotten the s24 if I didn't have to give my s23 to a family. Otherwise, I actually preferred the camera on s23. The s25 removed bt spen (I don't care about it but not cool) and looks like iPhone (not cool)... Don't get me started on speed.. ever since s23, there NO difference except benchmarks and gaming (don't care for either). In fact, with AI, it's criminal that Samsung didn't at least give 16gb RAM, minimum. So, unless you need the X elite or the ultra wide camera improvement, there's NO difference. And if you need the X elite, I'd love to know for what, besides handful of games
You obviously haven't used the S25 ultra camera against the s23 ultra for any amount of time other than what you've seen online or used in store. Upgrade can mean just about anything and doesnt have to tick all the boxes except maybe for you, but since it doesnt look like an iphone, the pixel 9 pro xl does, and since pretty much everything on it runs faster, takes better photos, brighter screen, newer tech screen, antireflective, and is a lot better than the S23 ultra in general (again coming from someone who owned all of them), its definitely an upgrade. Stop trying to sell an old phone as amazing, it was just like the iphone trade in values that were stupid for a deal on the pixel where people were like my old iphone is worth the trade in of 900 dollars, and immediately after that lucky trade in they dropped it to like 345 for their 2 generations old phone (that was the pixel 8 trade ins). People were like its so much better thats why their offering 900, realistically your data is worth more to google than the phone price, but no people wanted to be like oh its worth so much more, the S23 at the time amazing, my friend swore up and down his S22 ultra took better photos, and i thought he was right, but the S25 vs the S24 ultra, huge difference in photos, next to my pixel 9 pro XL, its actually closer finally for samsung then its been in many many years.

Good post. I've had my S22 ultra since Nov 2022 when I traded in my note 10+. Aside from the battery life it's still solid. I've wanted to upgrade but I'd really miss my 10x optical. That upgrade cost me like 300 and change. None of their trade in deals for the current ultra have been under 600+. Simply not worth it

And s24 didn't have anything new to offer than what s23 had . And similarly s22 didn't have anything new to offer what s21 had ....
And s2 didn't have anything new to offer then what s1 had...

I do use s25 Ultra since by side with my partner. The camera are virtually the same. S24ultra with latest beta updates has finally made s24 camera good .... This was my biggest disappointment and took Samsung over 1 year to fix it. It's barely an upgrade. I literally interact with both everyday. Nothing wrong with s25 at all.... Samsung should have done so much now upgrading but they didn't. It's disappointing that phones have reached peak form and there's no attempts to innovate - all the more reasons why Samsung disappointed.. there were opportunities to truly provide upgrades.. but since Apple and Samsung - just TWO - control 95+% of us market, there's no competition anymore. Apple alone is 70+% of market. Surprised phones get any hype anymore- they're all yawn city.

I got mine $764 in Samsung app + the 4tb 990 Plus SSD for $124 after $100 credit. Perhaps could have got even cheaper at $714 if I'd remembered the Samsung referral code.

Reading comments it appears S24 ultra is better. Any deals to make it cheaper than the current s25 ultra deal?
