Mine died after 7 months of twice daily use.
Contacted Keurig support and got a replacement unit.
For sure they're cheap quality.
You better buy extended warranty from Walmart.
The possible fix for this is hard to find, but it fixed mine and I like to post it in the threads for this model because it is easy and saves a return. Fill the reservoir up and lift it up and down and inch or so, making sure the bottom of the reservoir is tapping the bottom of its seating, repeatedly until most of the bubbles stop coming up from the bottom. Apparently air can get into the intake and prevent water flow from the reservoir and that method gets the air out.

Bought one in January for emergency use at work. 3 brews later and it just makes sound but no coffee comes out. Trash quality. Definitely a you get what you pay for.

No problems with ours - but thanks for taking time to share this tip!
I got this one because it was on in-store clearance for that price. I haven't had any issues with it yet but I don't care for Keurig because the past couple I've had have crapped out within a year. The last one I had was the k duo

call Keurig and they will replace it under warranty. You just need to cut the cord and send a picture. Thats what I did.

I got one and it lasted about 14 months of heavy use (maybe 5 pods a day) before it died.
Been a fan of Keurig for years, but this model is terrible, and I'm not talking about it not working, etc, it just doesn't make good coffee!
This is an exclusive model made just for Walmart, so you know that means they demanded the lowest price from Keurig, and I don't know how they did it, but they somehow came up with the worst Keurig model ever!
I bought one for my girlfriend, she said she didn't like it and gave it back to me, I thought she was just being difficult, I tried it, just weak, terrible coffee. I returned it for full refund and have made it a point to post every time I see this model listed.
So, take my word or try for yourself, the best thing is, Walmart has a great return policy.
