I don't get it as to why they can't cancel the order as my order (single) still hasn't ship yet. Are they hoping buyers doesn't go return it?

Woot fulfillment can be p bad sometimes. They normally don't let you cancel the order after a few hours after placing it. A lot of times, the orders are fulfilled by a third party (like the company doing the refurbishing), but the ones that are fulfilled by Amazon should be cancelable but they aren't and it's kind of inexcusable in today's age.

Got my 2 today, they both passed h2testw and had no files on them. They came in a plastic clamshell case inside an anti-static bag inside a padded envelope. Shipped from 6BLU in Ontario.

Also it has the text "refurb" on the card.

My 2 had same results, same packaging, and came from the same shipper. Except no "refurb" text and both were missing the sd card adapter.

My single 400gb card came but it didn't include the adapter. The card was inside a small long thin ziplock bag, has "refurb" text but No issues. I'm waiting for my DJI Drone to get released from customs, and that's where I'll use this on

I requested a cancellation shortly after the notice went out about these cards being refurbished instead of new. The Woot rep that got back to me apologized for the mistake and said it was too late to cancel so a full refund had already been submitted and I could keep the card once it arrived.

Guess I got lucky because I haven't seen any other comments about orders that were refunded and shipped anyway.
