Don't remember if it's this specific model but Costco was drop shipping these from a bedding distributor (not Tempur-Pedic direct) in plain cardboard boxes, no cover let alone vacuum seal. Also, I'm not sure if this is a good thing (improved technology or cost-cutting?) but Tempur-Pedic foam feels 1/2 as dense as before

Our warehouse has had these for the last month or so. Feels a bit too soft for me, does anyone have suggestions on a firmer pillow like this style? I have an old one from Kohl's under their Big One name but they don't carry them anymore. Still have it but it's old yet much firmer than this Costo one.

Mine smelled for a month despite me trying kinds of things to air it out. It was too strong of a scent to tolerate. It eventually dissipated but I still catch a scent of it at least a few times a week.

My perspective from owning other tempurpedic pillows is that this doesn't have the tempur material. It has likely a cheaper memory foam.

I've had a "Sleep Innovations" contour pillow for years that's comfortably firm.
