PSN has the "complete edition" for $25 which includes all the DLC if you're into that=

PSN also sells just the complete edition upgrade pack for $10, so same price if you want the physical media and you can get the DLC if you want. I see the story DLC is $5 by itself, the cosmetics are $3 each, but I can't find the bird amulet on PSN so dunno.
I think I'll buy the physical and if I like it I can pick up the story DLC later
