This is a sweet deal, especially with the new tariffs hitting. Who knows how long prices like this will last.

I've got two of these sitting in my office I'm testing before putting them into my sprinter. First time I discharged them the meter I have displaying battery capacity went from 100% for days to 75% then completely dead the following day. Not sure what that means. Maybe the battery meter I have isn't suitable for Lithium Iron Phosphate. It's supposed to work w lithium batteries so I don't know. I'm going to try something a little more expensive next.

I had the 150ah version do the same thing. I used 75wh overnight and BMS reported only a 15% drop. Then it suddenly dropped to zero. I hope it's just the BMS calibration and cycling it will correct the reporting to the bluetooth app.

If your meter is measuring the voltage and calculates the capacity based on that it would be normal behavior. Li batteries have a different discharge curve than lead batteries.

Get a Coulometer (something Iike this [amazon.com]) to accurately measure capacity of your batteries. Note that it is a process where you fully charge/discharge the battery to set a starting point, then measure. You can't connect a meter to a lithium battery and expect it to tell you remaining or claimed capacity.
These meters work really well! Make sure to get the correct amperage for your
Battery!

I've had one for several works and works perfect!

This is compelling for that many watt hours at that price. Asking ChatGPT if I could use something like this to top off my Bluetti AC180P during an outage from either the solar or car charger input port to tap into the bigger capacity during a prolonged power outage without breaking the bank on a bigger all-in-one device like an ecoflow pro.
the cheapest best way I have found is to get the pecron dc to dc charger. you can put the solar input to your battery export from your battery to the ac180p I have the same and it works great!

Does anyone know if you can use these for a UPS replacement battery? I know they run on 12V.

Battery charger with an outlet timer/smart outlet to schedule on/off times then add a pure sine wave inverter to power PC with. At 500W you would get ~6 hours use from a full charge. Try to not fully deplete the battery.
These types of lifepo4 batteries have good bms. It's safe to discharge them all the way. The BMS will cut it off before it gets dangerously low.

Yes, you can connect anything within the voltage range to your solar input. It will charge kind of slowly. Typically 15A. So, that's about 200W.
It's only a 12v battery so you're only going to get ~100w flowing into the Bluetti.
If it's 24v, then it should be >=200w depending on the power station.

Yes, but you're only going to get 100w flowing into the Jackery.
Buy a 24v 100ah battery instead. You will get at least 200w

Finally the price went under $100 per KWH
Its been under $100/kwh for a while now.
Last year in Oct Eco had their 12v 150ah for $168.
I bought 6 of those.

I have a newbie question.
What is the best and the most powerful charger to charge this battery and that's not too expensive?

Also looking for 120volt charger and 240 charger because I have both from my heat pumps outside.

Thank you

considering the bluetooth version of this battery was only $8 more recently ($335.99), i would say yes, folks should skip this one and get the bluetooth version.

bluetti, ecoflow, pecron, offer dc to dc or "alternator chargers" which allow you to send typically between 500 watts to 1000 watts (depending on the model) into your power station from an external battery (usually 12v or 24v only, not 48v batteries).

for example, here is bluetti's version.

https://www.bluettipower.com/prod...60QAvD_BwE

anker needs to step up their game and offer one.

jackery showed one at ces (600w), but it has not launched yet:

so, for folks with a jackery, you do not need to go out and buy a 24v battery. you just need to be patient and hope jackery releases their alternator charger sooner rather than later. then you can feed your power station with potentially up to 600w from this eco-worthy battery.

unless you need a battery right now, just wait for another sale or deal to come along. if you want cheapest per watt hour and capacity is not important, this is the best deal going right now with bluetooth, in 165 ah size.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/14616724...se+battery

if you want a bigger 280 ah deal with bluetooth, i guess you'll have to be patient and wait.

if you want an even cheaper deal than this eco-worthy on an even larger 300 ah non-bluetooth, you can roll the dice with this one:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/37604119...w=Humsienk

the best battery deals are found on temu with their coupons and promotions.
