450 clamping voltage.

ETL and UL. However, only UL STD. 1363. 1363 is only for basic power strip wiring, no surge protection. My APC surge protector has both 1363 and 1449. 1449 is for surge protection.

I dont own 18 items to be plugged into one outlet, much less than 18 items that dont have wall warts.

I have a few window A/C units and like to run extension cords to a big power strip like this – plenty of outlets left over that way.

Yeah better use for combining multiple low watts devices, like phone/laptop charger, display monitor, printer, lamp. Maybe add one desktop computer. Better not run any kitchen appliances.
...or higher wattage devices where you only use a couple at a time, like a TV, receiver, consoles, streaming boxes, etc. Each one needs an outlet but it's not like I'm going to use everything at the same time.

Your house has overload protection as well. I imagine you trust that. So plug this in at a 15 amp breaker and stop pretending like this is like buying a pet leopard.
They probably live in an ancient house which was last renovated shortly after WWII. AFCI? NEC 2023? What is that?

I have one of these and it's awesome for my entertainment center. Have my NES, SNES, Genesis, Saturn, Xbox, PS2, Dreamcast and GameCube all plugged into it with plenty of plugs to spare. Don't have everything on at once and you're fine...

While I am sure that you can find 18 low amperage devices to fill a cheap Chinese power strip with, most common use cases - TV, amplifier/receiver, PC/gaming console, modern fast chargers, etc. will combined peak at more than 5 amps fairly easily.
Let's start mathing...
200w for your TV,
200w for your PS5,
100w for your soundbar,
2x 65w for your fast charge phone charger and your friends,
2x 30w for your nifty led bar,
15w for your firestick,
40w for your echo,
20w for your digital clock

That's 10 plugs and you still have 1k watts of head space before you trip a breaker.

And you're going to trust your whole house to something called "Yintar"? That their protection will be effective and their product won't be defective?
You are changing the topic of the reply I replied to. In other words, you do not have a relevant reply to that.
