If you buy Samsung Z Flip 4 & 5 from China will those phones work in the USA?
Can it be easy to change the default language from Chinese?

If you are after a flip not a fold, the price will be way different. But changing system language just go to system menu. However, when you first set up the phone. It will ask for your preferred language. It is quite simple.
1) For Fold, was there a significant price difference by buying in China?

There are many variant of the phone. But in most cases. They worked in all countries like my fold 5.
