You can get a family plan (6 members) using UK vpn for 40.99 Euros. Keep in mind that chase offer is only for US purchases, so it may not trigger cashback.

That's how I did it (probably found the rec here). Have you logged in recently--I still have "lifetime" but it doesn't give access to 90% of the stuff.

From chase link, it made me subscribe for an year with put showing other options. With tax, it costed $76.64. So it costed arround $6 for an year. Will see if it's worth it.
