Bought a few of these in past deals and the only thing I can find wrong is the flap above the right zipper pocket doesn't stay down after being washed. Very minor problem ha

Very comfy for work, but shrunk slightly on 1st wash. Can feel it's a bit tighter.

I would buy, but size 30w is the smallest they have. I need 28w.

I have this problem with jeans and wonder if the spandex and "extreme motion" will fix it. I'll put jeans on that have been dried in the dryer and they are tight. Cameltoe for men kind of tight. A few hours later if I'm not wearing a belt, they'll be falling down. when i bend over, the only thing that's keeping people around me from checking out my underwear and crack is a long untucked shirt, or i've positioned myself before the bend down to make it harder to see. I'm not all that handsome to warrant the looking, but i guess it's like how people rubberneck when they pass by car accidents. I just dont get why pants are like that. The way i figure it is that in the old movies you see the actors and their pants are up at their natural waist. If my paints were up there, i wouldnt have to worry about feeling the breeze on my crack, or having to put sunscreen on it at the beach. Whoever in the fashion governing board that dictates what men are allowed to wear and how it's to be worn, did me a real disservice by mandating hip huggers cause now i'm constantly pulling my pants up. As i get older, i'm just getting tired of having to do it so i'm starting to stop caring and if they sag halfway down my but when i'm mowing the lawn, well they'll just have to wait the bag is full before i stop the mower and pull them up. If that nice old lady drops something,i'll just bend down with a quickness to pick it up for her, and bah if she sees the cresent moon then oh well, everyone has one. I'm just afraid i might get arrested if that happens in a school zone.. .. so anyways, anyone know if these pants fix that problem of inadequate coverage on bend overs and inability to stay at advertised waist size?

Some of my favorite knocking around pants. Very comfortable, at least for me. Have held up well in the laundry. In for two colors I don't have. Thanks!

I have 2 pairs of these pants and I use caution when laundering due to the spandex. For the wash I make sure it's cold water. As far as the dryer goes if you dry these with other clothes on the automatic dry moisture sensor setting you will probably run the risk of them shrinking.
I put them in the dryer on low heat setting for 10 minutes and then hang them to dry the rest of the way. I don't even use moisture sensor setting anymore for the rest of my clothes because it uses a high heat setting and some of the clothes shrink. Mostly use manual dry mode with heat set on medium for 35 or 40 minute to cut back on shrinkage.

Are you drying with high heat? Overdrying tends to cause shrinkage.

A better belt will also help. You want a 1.5" band for men's casual pants. A smaller band is going to tend to let the pants slip down as you move. Amazon has a bunch of inexpensive nylon webbing belts with ratcheting mechanism. Those work pretty good - the webbing is somewhat flexible and they are waterproof. Getting a quality leather belt is also a good option. Don't get the garbage, bonded kind. They aren't strong and they don't last very long. You want thick hide. Hank's Belts [hanksbelts.com] puts a 100 year guarantee on their products. I've had the Everyday Belt for 4 years and it still looks great. It did take a little bit of time to break it in. They do have sales from time to time, so if you're patient you might save ~$20 for so. Anyway...buy once, cry once. Enjoy it every day.

Does your dryer have an Iron Dry setting? I use that one from time to time for mixed fabrics. Drying "heavy" and "light" fabrics separately can also help the moisture sensor. A few pairs of jeans will lead to over drying khakis. Anything totally synthetic I just hang to dry. It barely takes longer than the dryer, really.
