Just saying since this is dress shoes. I have a pair of Eccos that have sneaker bottoms. Very comfortable. And i wore it over 7ish hours and it didn't get super sweaty feet. And i have feet that tend to sweat a bit so i'm picky with my dress shoes.

Granted they are expensive but sometimes you can find a sale for them about 150 bucks.

Anyways, just sharing, sorry its not about the brunos.

Horribly bad quality.
I don't recommend, unless it's for a one time use.

I have never owned them, but they look like the fake leather that will crack in three wearings.

The uppers are polyurethane (PU). They are perforated because PU doesn't breathe. The selling point is that they look like Cole Haan ZeroGrands (which aren't great quality to begin with. Cole Haans have really dropped in quality since the "country" line in the early 90s).

In 1995, most of the shoes were goodyear or blake-welted and they cost $90-$100 back then. That's like $200 in 2025 dollars.

In 1995, a pair of Winner's Choice shoes at Wal-Mart (the kind you would have been made fun of for wearing to school) costs around $18 and they were at least made from split-grain, low-grade leather.

Nike Air Max running shoes were well into the mid $100 range by 1995. Yes, they were synthetic but they were high-grade breathable synthetics.

Somehow, it's 2025 and shoes are cheaper than before (even without normalizing against inflation). This isn't about economies of scale. This is about selling you shoes produced from the lowest grade materials with the lowest possible cost of construction.

Get a proper pair of semi-decent quality shoes that will last more than year.
