These type of hooks are great for cruises.
The walls of the staterooms are typically made of magnetic material. So these magnets stick very well and allow for many creative uses. Hanging bags, hats, jewelry or curtains used to partition.

Lots of uses on a cruise ship.
I used these to hang outdoor string lights from Costco inside a 10x10 ft metal gazebo. Worked flawlessly since the light strips have hangers above each lightbulb that hooked onto these easily. They are protected from the outdoor elements thanks to the gazebo overhang and have held up extremely well in windy conditions, in some cases gusts of up to 60mph. Still going strong and it's been 2 years.

If you don't need 20, this is a decent 10 pack for stronger magnets (44 lbs, $6.99)

Thanks for the link. I ordered both since I could only get one pack of the smaller ones. I have a metal workshop building and 2 20 foot shipping containers that I use for storage. These are great for hanging small things up so they are easy to find and get to.

alternate use for these: because the hooks screw into the magnet base, the base itself can be used to attach m# screws (or what I found convenient) small clips.

I bought these in 2022.
The problem is that the description kind of lies.
I actually ordered this exact item when they were claiming they were actually claiming it was 25LB, Amazon shows my receipt as
DIYMAG Magnetic Hooks, 25Lbs Strong Magnet Hooks for Kitchen, Home, Cruise, Workplace, Office and Garage, Pack of 20
Sold by: DIYMAG $11.84$11.84
and even with that they BARELY were strong enough unless you're using them on full bare metal.
Try to hook a coat or clothes with maybe more than 5LB and they will slowly sag down a basic painted wall unless you got the metal surface area.
$6 is a good price if you need it for little things and not 100% need the weight claimed. I originally got these as a test to see if I can string up smaller cams along a drop ceiling track and hold up curtains against the corner plate on the windows without using curtain rods. I ended up using better magnets.

Attached is a photo of the magnet with an M4 Screw

Great hooks for inside garage cabinets to hold various things. In another cabinet, I use it to hang various bike/garage/yard gloves.

Edit/update: despite being quite small, they are extremely strong when used vertically - not only holds a large hammer well, but doesn't drop it if you shake it. Horizontally on a wall is different story. Hugely valuable if you can attach upside down and hang something on hook or hook and hang on magnet straight below

What's funny to me is I've been trying to order similar (and some other form factor) magnets from AliExpress for over a month now and they keep getting cancelled. Almost anything with a strong magnet or a bunch of small magnets doesn't make it. Other items, no issue

Not a bad price to use with garage tools - I hang the hook on wire shelving and then attach metal tools directly to magnet "bottom" and holds well. Might try screwing into wood bench/table to hold tools underneath instead of all over top

If you don't need 20 then your local Harbor Freight should have a 4 pack for $5.
I will buy this, keep 4 and give 16.

I got my set today. Very strong magnets.

I use these all over the garage and as tool holders on my steel miter saw stand to keep my 12' tape measure, pencil and square handy, among other frequently used tools and bits.
