Not weird, just fluctuating price. By the time you ordered, as is the case now, the price and coupon had gone higher than the OP. The coupon keeps adjusting with the price to total $4.00 before S&S discount. The higher the initial price before coupon, the greater the S&S discount, and the lower the final cost. At the time of the post, the cost is $3.19 w/ 5 S&S.
