I think IKEA even included a plastic extension handle for an Allen wrench that came with something I bought from them. It helped a little, but wasn't worth keeping.
Personally, I would go for a hex bit driver set with a ratcheting screwdriver or even a set of ball end Allen wrenches if you're looking for improvements over regular Allen wrenches.

(The only other option surprisingly enough was a different brand three pack of would look like Cheaper made handles. Which is probably why they sell them to you three at a time.)

Both seem interesting... but I went for the $13 set. I like the idea of having screw driver handy as well.
