are these regular bluray, 1080p? or 4k (uhd hdr)?

im not asking if it works on 4k tvs or 4k uhd bluray players

Regular Blu Ray (1080p) has a blue band across the top of the case. 4k Blu Ray has a black band across the top of the case.
