FTUsa cost me $15 total for federal and state - and unlike H*R, there was no additional state e-file fees (my situation includes W2, stock sale, retirement, HSA's, etc.). Interface is just as intuitive as H&R or TurboTax.

I can't use directfile since my income is too high.
FTUSA would work, although I prefer to go with one of the more established names this time around especially because of a property purchase. Want to make sure I get my hand held this time around and TT and H&R have good explanations on their programs.
I haven't used HR in years since FIdelity used to give me free TT for the past several years but not this year. Alas

P.S. I assume it's a desktop version?
For that reason, I tried FTU (FreeTaxUSA) and was impressed. Not only did they do everything I needed without question, but it was just as easy as HRB... and cost FAR less.
Screw you HRB... FTU FTW!
Have been using HRB since post-COVID but this is the first year I have an LLC too.
