I have dozens of light stands and tripods. Mostly professional ones. This is a little Mickey Mouse tripod (quadpod actually), but in my opinion it's very well-designed for what it is for: super lightweight, travel friendly, sturdy enough to hold a phone. It's a well-thought-out piece. Hence I've bought three of them (for the three different places where I spend the year). I actually tried to buy two of them today, but the $2 coupon was only valid for one piece.
Disclaimer: I've never tried the Bluetooth trigger, so can't opine on that.
