If you're also going to get a warranty, consider the hisense U75 from costco. It's $700, but it already includes 5 years of coverage and $50 google play credit. So if that is of value, it's like $650 net, after the credit including a 5 year warranty
A comparable 5 year warranty from best buy would be $100 or 130, and would bump up your cost to for the U6 or Q7 to $600/$680 so not too different from the U75 which is rated higher (8.2) than the others.

3.5 years later, the tv wouldn't turn on (faulty power supply board). After some "troubleshooting" and offers of worse replacement TVs, I was able to get a check for the original purchase price of the TV.
On the other hand, I have an old vizio from back in 2013, that worked fine for more than 10 years before it developed a single vertical line of bright pixels (still works). so a 5-year warranty wouldn't have helped me there.
I think a warranty is worth it if you can get a 5 year warranty for roughly 10% of the price of the TV. You can still get a similarly priced warranty when you buy a TV from costco, so that's where I'll most likely buy any future TVs. For warranty plans that cost closer to 20%, It's probably not worth the extra cost, depending on the reported failure rate of the particular TV you're buying.
