Was $10 clearance at my local Walmart. Tried it on and rubber is hard and does not bend. Walking around with these would be so uncomfortable.

Actually your feet can change shape due to an increase weight (losing the arch support) and can become fat which may require a wider shoe size. Feet can change to a small size when a person loses weight. Speaking from personal experience.
