What you have is a pretty robust system with a lot of upgrade-ability. I would recommend looking around diysolarforum.com, and watch Will Prowse's videos. Also, make sure you get the right gauge wires for the amps you will be using - lots of resources online to tell you what size wire you will need. Don't cheap out on wire or fuses/breakers. www.batterycablesusa.com has good wire and you can get it to the exact length you need with the fitting you want.

If I'm looking at the correct info for your charge controller: it looks like a voltage range of between 120-500V. That means you would need a MIN 120 volts input for the charge controller to even start up and charge your battery. These panels have an avg voltage of around 20volts. You would need a min of 6 of these panels. Even then you might not even get enough voltage to keep it operating. You would probably need at least 8. Honestly would recommend looking at other panels with higher voltage, or smaller panels with the same voltage. You would only need about 1kw of panels to charge your battery in a day.

I too, am looking to get a beginner setup. Curious which route to go. I want to use it to charge a small portable power station probably. Possibly to recharge my tool batteries as well.

purchased this the last time it was on sale. I'm happy with my purchase. Box was a bit beat up but panel was protected properly. it was a bit bigger than I expected but it's my first solar panel so idk. indirect sunlight I got about 140 watts, didn't try to get it perfect cause I was propping it outside my window onto the roof.

You will need to see what voltage and amperage that inverter takes and match it with panels.

If you're just messing around in the shed, definitely find a used panel dealer near you. Can get working panels for like $20.
This panel is pretty decent, I get about 169watts peak in March. You can get better if you point some mirrors at it or lay down some aluminum foil.

i own about 6 of these and 2 non-bifacial by Eco-Worthy. I paid between $100-120 for the bifacial. And have been very pleased with quality and output. Warranty on these are 20 or 25 years. And they look like they will hold up. I think this is a good deal. i use these to charge Ecoflow Delta series solar generators. It requires an XT60 cable to connect panels to the generator (available on Ecoflow ebay store for). But an easy set up.

So if you wanted to charge or maintain 12V batteries you would need something to stabilize the voltage?

Can someone reccomend the ideal panel setup for me? I have a Ecoflow River 3 Plus.

I also already own a River 2 and a 110W foldable ecoflow panel. I'm considering selling both as a bundle and purchasing a foldable 240W panel.

Use case is all day power at a cool spot where I can set up a hammock and hot spot to my s25 ultra and run power for my m1 max 16" laptop all day so I can have a totally outdoor remote work day Stick Out Tongue.

The 110W panel yields 80W or so on a good day which doesn't seem to quite align to max power usages in this scenario.

You need a PWM or MPPT charge controller. MPPT is more expensive but has a higher efficiency.

Your River 3 Plus has a max input of 220w. Your setup would be using around 100w-120w max. You would be good with one of these panels. You would need to purchase an MC4 to XT60 connector though. Be careful - don't connect the panel in this deal with your 110w in series. It would probably be too much voltage for your River and you could fry your charge controller. If you wanted to connect the two panels, they would need to be connected in parallel.
