Honest opinion is to find a deal on the Beam 1 over the Ray. It's a well-made and decent soundbar, but going to the Beam is such a jump in bass and soundstage, and it only has an optical input (comes with adapter). I don't find the Ray worth it. I do hear people liking this for PC speakers though.
I had been considering it for a pc speaker, too bad it's not bluetooth, and converting 3.5mm to optical.... meh? Could try the hdmi to optical, but not sure that would fly.

Just buy an era 100, it's stereo
