This is definitely not an Acura, it's a compliance car. Got a good deal but passed. Who ever put a ~70k sticker price on this car has an agenda.
It's a quiet car that can get you from A to B but it's a shame what they're trying to make this out to be

5k Down on this car is Absurd, the GM chime opening the door is loud and annoying, and the simulated motor moaning sound over the speakers is annoying. I had an Edge sport that did the same thing, got on my last nerve.
Edit: wanted to add it was a A-Spec RWD $66k base.
Also, 7.5K miles/year, not 10K?
So, now the deal isn't what OP originally claimed?
Or, mfr/dealer has changed original deal?
