As for quality, I would say those specs are OK for most applications for the general homeowner. That said, it may not take care of everything. I have an older DCF894B (similar specs) that couldn't break free the anode rod from my water heater.

This is the mid-torque model I believe more people would benefit from in an impact wrench:

Detent pin, hog anvil, pick and choose. Same with tool connect, I don't care for it so I get the non-version but lowes didn't have a link for it handy so I got lazy.
