I have experience with Wellbots. I can no long recommend them. In my opinion they are an outlet for decides that companies want to dump.

I received multi defective UGreen power stations from them and they have been no help. Likewise, UGreen has not been responsive to emails sent to the support email set up for their level of resellers like Wellbots. (UGreen has different emails for after-sale support from their major sellers)

I would urge caution.
I have had the similar problem with Wellbots with UGreen PowerRoam portable power stations. The units I received are defective and Wellbots is unresponsive. As a result, I would not purchase from them again. I can't speak to the Mango power stations, but I would say it is risky to purchase anything from a vendor who is unresponsive to issues with the products they sell.

What's wrong with the powerroam? I used it briefly and it seemed to work.

From the reviews that I just watched, 60V < X > 150V

I could be wrong. But for a case like this, I would simply dispute the charge if I didn't get a response

So risk vs reward. Buy two for $1800, a 240v hub, and that is a lot of battery!!!

NO TAX

I would agree to others comments. Wellbots ignores you when your item is defective. I got this same one and it failed after 2 month with 3 times of use. The price is very attractive for that amount of power but… please stay away… you know what I meant.

Ugh, 9 years to recoup the cost of buying cheap energy and then using it during peak periods.

Although I appreciate and put a lot of weight behind my fellow SD'ers experiences, I went ahead and took a chance with this one.

I followed the link to check out this product, as the price per kWh of energy storage is frankly the best I've ever seen. This product also has fantastic reviews. What closed the deal for me was the fact that this company does not collect sales tax (and I'm in CA) - so this baby was $899 out the door delivered. Just couldn't pass it up.

As always, I appreciate the feedback you guys provided on this company. I would like to point out though, the poor experiences listed were products from a different manufacturer. Also, I do believe that most retailers/resellers do not accept returns on batteries of this capacity (partly due to difficulty or inability to ship them once they have been opened). So, if there is a problem, you are directed to the products manufacturer. It's entirely possible that the poor experiences described are not the fault of wellbots at all. That's what I'm hoping for. Purchased a ugreen powerroam 2200 from them, the box was like 75 lbs. I never had to do a return but the shipping was fast and the item was brand new as far as i could tell.
Been using it frequently and hasn't broken down yet.

I just get the strong impression that Wellbots is providing a layer of separation between a company that wants to dump a product, and the customer. Much like Woot does for Amazon.

Thus, caveat emptor.

I hope your case turns out much better than mine.

I've never had any issues with Wellbots. They're my go to place for ecoflow and solar products for the best price and no tax. The products are warrantied by the original manufacturer. Wellbots isn't the one responsible for defective new products.

My primary concern keeping me from buying it to add to my ecoflow collection is the 60V minimum. Requires connecting at least 3-4 20V panels to surpass the 60V min voltage.
