I received multi defective UGreen power stations from them and they have been no help. Likewise, UGreen has not been responsive to emails sent to the support email set up for their level of resellers like Wellbots. (UGreen has different emails for after-sale support from their major sellers)
I would urge caution.

Seems like a great deal if the MSRP is true
I could be wrong. But for a case like this, I would simply dispute the charge if I didn't get a response
NO TAX

I followed the link to check out this product, as the price per kWh of energy storage is frankly the best I've ever seen. This product also has fantastic reviews. What closed the deal for me was the fact that this company does not collect sales tax (and I'm in CA) - so this baby was $899 out the door delivered. Just couldn't pass it up.
As always, I appreciate the feedback you guys provided on this company. I would like to point out though, the poor experiences listed were products from a different manufacturer. Also, I do believe that most retailers/resellers do not accept returns on batteries of this capacity (partly due to difficulty or inability to ship them once they have been opened). So, if there is a problem, you are directed to the products manufacturer. It's entirely possible that the poor experiences described are not the fault of wellbots at all. That's what I'm hoping for.
Been using it frequently and hasn't broken down yet.

Thanks for that, I was starting to think I should've taken my money to Vegas haha
Yes it does. 20ms switch time.

I just get the strong impression that Wellbots is providing a layer of separation between a company that wants to dump a product, and the customer. Much like Woot does for Amazon.
Thus, caveat emptor.
I hope your case turns out much better than mine.
