I'm in my 40s and I think astrobot is an excellent game. I was waiting for it to drop in price before buying it--it's expensive for being a short game. But I got it for Christmas and have enjoyed it thoroughly. It's not a genre I often play. The last platformer I played was Super Mario Odyssey, which I thought was good, but Astrobot blows it away.

I feel Sony and MS could be better in their pricing if they didn't feel they needed to cram so much into such a tiny space. I understand the appeal of console sizes, but I believe making them the size of a HT receiver would be acceptable, would make manufacturing less expensive, and probably allow for better pricing.

Today, $500 would likely build a PC with better specs, more capabilities, more options and no yearly subs to play online etc.

I didn't say PSN. Look at NPD the official charts. Why do you keep bring up PSN when NPD is the official sales chart. You sound like a troll just trying to get reaction from people. Being in the top 20(See below) 6 months after it released is great for a game tailored more for the kids. Like I said PS5 is more the COD and GTA crowd and not games like Astrobot. So please stop with your weak stuff about sales as Astrobot has done great for platformer. I just said Sony is trying to get some of the untapped Nintendo players(young kids) to come over to Playstation with a game like this.

And you are missing my point. It isn't it being top seller game for existing demographics but one to broaden the population and attract some of that switch crowd. It is also still in the top 20 after 6 months out there. I would call that bad compared to other games especially for platform games on on the Switch.
