If they have one in stock, it should show available for pick up as an option at that store. But sometimes that isn't an option if they have only one in stock. So its possible
yesterdaymonday showed that it had (at least) 2 in stock (that was the max that the system allowed for store pickup) but when I got there they didn't have any.the store i went to later that night showed that it had just 1 in stock and they actually had 2. i think their inventory system is not that accurate but my guess is that if it shows "0" it's most likely to be true but it may still be worth going if not out of your way. it's been 5 days since this thread was posted (and unknown how long ago the price drop happened) now so inventory is probably low at this point.
My store has them. What makes it an insane deal vs a used iPad m2 11 pro?
Where can you get that/for how much?

Refurbished on eBay with 1 year warranty.
I currently have an 11 inch iPad and brought the 13 inch home last night.
I've been going back-and-forth on whether or not the 13 is better. The deciding factor for me was taking a regular piece of paper from the printer and setting it on top of the 13 inch versus the 11 inch.
The reason the iPad 13 seems almost magical in your hands is it's like a fully digital piece of paper. It's the right size for a lot of that stuff.
I may not be making any sense. Size is very subjective just like some people like the smaller phones and some people like the larger phones.
Maybe it's just because I've always had the smaller iPads, but when I first turned on this 13 and started using it, it almost felt like the first time I ever had an iPhone in my hand. When you hold it up close, it's actually larger than your field of view. Which on one hand is wasteful, but on the other hand is very immersive. It's pretty cool.
Some people say the 11 inch is better as a consumption device in the 13 inches is better for working on it. I understand that perspective. But even for consumption usually a bigger screen is better. I watch videos on my iPad, but I'm not typically holding the iPad usually it's sitting on the desk or the table next to me. A larger screen benefits from that.
Anyways, this is just my random thoughts after using it for a day. I almost returned it because $200 extra for only a larger screen seems wasteful, but after using it for a bit, I do think I prefer it and I think it could last longer.
As in I'm gonna be closer to 50 than 30 in the next eight years so I'm sure I'm not gonna be looking for my screens to get smaller lol

Thanks for the in depth response. Do you notice a difference in the 120 vs 60 screen refresh? I had a 2021 12.9 Pro that I sold but kinda want to grab another one now. The screen would be the main thing I am concerned about. If I could find the 11" locally I would have snagged it.
I do not, but I have to to be transparent with you and admit that I am the worst person in the world to ask that.
I've never been a big FPS person.
My 10th generation iPad I thought I noticed the frame rate was slower than my phone. But this iPad proves my theory all along, that it's not frame rate that I noticed, but it's horsepower.
This M2 processor is so zippy fast all of the animations and everything are so quick. I don't notice the difference in FPS.
I will say I watched a YouTube review last night, where the reviewer noted the same thing that he didn't really mind the 60 Hz and he attributed it to the zippy M2 processor. I agree.
The only thing from my Personal wish list this 13 inch air does not have is an OLED screen.
Oh, and the speakers are a little pitiful. You can tell the four speaker set up would sound better.
Why is it insane? Just curious

And if you stack it with 10% off Apple GC deals, it's even lower.
