The Pixel 9a is going to be released in a few days.
Is the Pixel 9a going to be $299 too?

No wireless charging is a deal breaker.
Pixel 8a does have wireless charging.

I've stopped wireless charging because of how inefficient it is, and use wired charging mostly now. Not a deal breaker at all.

Is 9a an upgrade over 8 (not 8a)?

But you have to be a Mint customer. If you're not a Mint customer, you pay $400 for the phone and $180 for the bundled 1 year of service.
To me the key is unlocked Wink (root potential after 60 days and Mint is good)

When I get to the cart, the price goes up to $599 instead of $499 for the XL so it's $109 instead of $9 + tax after the trade-in
Looks like it changed to $599 with AT&T, $499 with Verizon.

Yeah, thanks! I tried again last night and realized I'd been choosing AT&T the whole time. I redid it with Verizon and was able to get it to work with $499

Been looking for a good deal on the Google Pixel 8A and have decided to jump in on this, thanks OP. 👍 Also, if you have Target Circle there's a 15% off coupon that they are offering that drops the price down to $270.
I'm not seeing the 15% off coupon anywhere

You probably think a Kia or a Hyundai is better than a Mercedes too.
A better analogy would be a Toyota/Honda and Kia/Hyundai compared to a mix of luxury brands such as BMW and Ferrari. The Toyota costs more for what people perceive as lower quality, but you deal with less hassle over time in maintenance and don't have to go to specific dealers just for your "special" parts.

They also aren't going to try adding subscription services as quickly to try and take more of your money, and provide updated tech for those who are willing to try new stuff out, like Hyundai. Though some people see Toyota/Hondas as pedestrian car companies, cars like the LFA and NSX were pretty good cars that competed and even surpassed the traditional European sports brands in certain aspects. (such as sound and value)

Copped one in hopes of trading for 460 at BB for the pixel 9 pro xl. I bought one on the 399 deal a few days ago but BB wouldn't take my trade so my only choice was to cancel the order since the deal was no longer active.
Did they decline your 8A as a trade in ? What was the reason?

Just delivered 8a via FedEx, and item I received already opened and not a sealed phone box. FedEx package was sealed. It seems the phone was returned by the customer or something else. Did anyone had this kind of experience from target.com
