Mine was scheduled Friday and I was called for delivery that morning by a private shipping company. It arrived on the day the website had promised. Overall very happy with the TV. I had top of the line Panasonic plasma and I can say OLED is def a far superior picture. Now if all my other TVs would just stop working so I can replace them all with OLED.

I signed up for the "What's in your wallet? portal" for this purchase as I had never used it. Made the purchase and the next day got the, "your account has been terminated" email for that portal. I guess I know why I never used that portal before. What a load of crap.

Whatever. Looks like I paid $20 more than would have theoretically been possible, so still a great deal.

Got it delivered yesterday. It had a sticker (audited) assuming they check screen before shipping. It was easy to set up amd beautiful

So I called lg and lady told me there was a "glitch" in the system. They can see my order # but apparently it is not in the system as ordered if you understand what I mean. Lady escalated my issue and will contact me back (?) wherever this mean. It is what it is. Still effin annoying af

Mine was supposed to be delivered today but 40 minutes AFTER the 4 hour delivery window they called and said that the box was so damaged that they thought they shouldn't deliver it. The saga begins. I read the war stories, and I fear I'm about to live one.

My TV seeeeems to have arrived with no damage but the SOUNDBAR box was jacked all up.

E-mailed CS, 3 days later no response.

I'm officially fully delivered and set up and everything is pristine, so I guess all is well.

I'm not sure who RXO last mile delivery is exactly, I had never used them before, but everything went fine with the delivery - almost seemed like an Amazon delivery model where the guys delivering were using their personal stuff because they showed up in a pickup-truck with a small enclosed trailer. That said, they did a fine job of it.
