Yeah you can't get the phone without the plan, and most, at least here, are only really interested in the phone…but…you are getting the plan too. It has value.
Is it worth $64.01? Debatable and subjective.
Perhaps to some, likely not to most. The actual "cost" of the phone, then, exists somewhere on the continuum between $199.99 and $264.
People buy mobile phones to use…mobile…which, requires a plan…that costs money.
It's sold as a package and has to be assessed as one, on a case by case basis.
