I see $9 at my store but that is a wonky looking rack and the thumbnuts on the bottom of it reduce the clearance space to the wheel even more. I've been trying to find a rack for my son's bike and he doesn't have a lot of extra clearance.

These bikes racks are not very sturdy, dont expect to strap anything beyond a light pack on it. Great deal though.

Page says it'll hold 45 pounds
It showed $9 for me so I couldn't resist, the Schwinn rack I have is haggard.

I am not sure you would even need the vertical supports unless you are carrying a heavy load. I have a similar rack from Topeak that has a quick-release seat post attachment and no vertical supports and it can handle quite a bit of weight.
