These are my favorite shoes for training. Kind of a Swiss army knife.

Not the most comfy upper/lacing, but certainly will work. I don't mind the upper, but many are not fans. Great foam, grippy outsole, snappy rods though!

I would say no. These are intended specifically for running and the stride/pace of walking will probably feel weird to you. These have fiberglass "energy rods" that function similarly to carbon plates in higher end running shoes.

is this Adidas' competition to the Vaporfly technology? I know the Carbon plates are what got the Vaporfly's banned from being allowed in marathons. That energy the plates give back to the runner is absolutely insane!

No. The Adidas Competitor would be the Takumi Sen or Adios Pro (more an Alphafly competitor). These do not have carbon plates, but nylon rods. These are tempos shoes and while they are more stable than shoes with carbon plates, I would not use them for walking or standing.
Carbon plates are not banned. Multiple plates and a high foam stack are. Besides, only elites are prohibited from using them.

Vaporflys aren't banned. Every maker has their own line up carbon racing shoes these days.
