For people just needing a lot of wood chips and don't care about color, check out chipdrop.com. it's a free way to get a ton of wood chips. We got them twice last year.

Will be interested to observe the WalMart+ free delivery on these 8 bags. I'm hoping they don't make a gig worker stuff this is in their car and rather use the WalMart+ electric van to deliver it. Intrigued at the concept of not having to schlep this stuff home from Lowes this year.

A bit annoying how they only allow 8 bags. Ordered 8 bags of black and 8 bags of brown. Hopefully it won't be too noticeable when I mix them up nicely. Or I could use them at front and back yard.

For the past couple of years, I have been using rubber mulch. Little bit more expensive than this, but much durable, color does not fade and also stays where it is when I blow leaves over it.

Usually, you can get rubber mulch cheaper during fall time.

14 bags to a yard, so $35/yard at this price. If you need more than a yard, check with your local nursery - the ones in my area usually have a 3 yard minimum for free delivery. Saves loading and unloading 42 bags in a case where you need 3 yards; the nursery will dump it in your driveway.
