The 60K offer i believe also additionally includes a $300 credit on purchases on chase travel site. Does this 100K point offer include that? it probably does but i didnt see it mentioned.

I believe you are looking at the sapphire reserve which is a different card than this one. That is also a great card but it does only have 60k bonus and has a 550 annual fee.

The Chase Sapphire Reserve has an annual $300 credit for any travel purchase (doesn't have to be booked on Chase's travel site). This Chase Sapphire Preferred card has an annual $50 travel credit, and you do have to use the travel site to receive it.

No, for the first year there was an offer with 60k points and $300 chase travel credit (plus 10k additional points if applied at branch). It still shows up in incognito/referral sometimes.

Technically no. You would technically only need to unlock from the credit agencies which Chase pulls records from. You can look in forums to find data points to see which agencies are commonly pulled by Chase. However, since Chase can in theory pull from any or multiple of the credit agencies, then generally it will be easiest (and recommended) for you to unlock all three rather than deal with a potential decline or hiccup in your application.

I would do that to ensure there are no hiccups during the credit review. Once done, I would freeze credit again.
