I think it's for anyone as long as you fit the measurements provided. And based on the chest measurements, it seems like fairly standard sizing for men's tops.

Correction: there seems to be a discrepancy if you read the reviews and the sizes of the boys in those reviews. Not normal adult sizing even though the size chart says otherwise.
