Many data points indicating push from Fidelity codes as DD. Be sure to log into Fidelity and push the funds to Amex -- not log into Amex and pull from Fidelity.
Think of it this way... If you make $25/hr it's like getting 10 hours of work for free without having to work and doing only minimal effort to receive the bonus. If that doesn't sound good to you then I don't know what to tell you.

So just transferring that $1000 from Fedlity to the Amex checking worked for you?
Im not sure wise or fidelity triggered the bonus thats why i did both, there is a searching tool on comment section so you can look up for fidelity/wise or whatever bank/financial institution you would like.
Tried last time when the bonus was $500. My job's payroll system couldn't find a bank under Amex's routing number and I had to go back forth to get it accepted. After they finally did and processed the direct deposit Amex closed my account for inactivity. Word to the wise, add a couple bucks to keep your account open.
After taxes not much of an incentive, would do it if it was atleast $500+
Regardless of taxes it's still more money than you started with. I don't want to set a new direct deposit with my job, but if pushing from a broker works I might try.

Yes, for checking. It's a pretty good rate for a checking account.
