Very good same or better as apple refurb. I got an M50 from canon refurb a few years back. Nothing about it suggested it was used.

I have this exact camera (paid $425 I believe). I've also bought an RF 50mm F1.8, RF 35mm F18 macro, and RFS 10-18mm, all refurb through Canon. Shipping details can be a bit vague, but otherwise great experience. All appear and operate as new or mint with warranty.

Every camera I currently own and use has been canon refurb. 1x80d, 3xm50mkii. Each one had under 49 shutter count.
