If you can wait longer, Temu/aliexpress etc. has these rebranded for $5 shipped, bought two recently. They even have ones that have lightshows/oil diffusers built in lol

It wouldn't be this price with double usb c. This is a big reason why the price is down. Most people feel like you about this.

Obviously phasing out of iphones, but old ipads still work great to put movies on for kids for long car rides.

Picked one of these in a previous deal and they're great. Only not is that pulling out the built in cables can also out the charger from the slot so it's a two hanfs needed interaction

There's plenty of people out there with older iPhones that will be able to get a lot of use out of this. I only upgrade once every 3-4 years (other than battery life there's no reason at all to get a new phone every year, but to each their own) personally I'm still rocking an iPhone 14 and lightning to usbc adapters are also dirt cheap. This is still a great price imo. I've got a lisen 3 in 1 retractable charger that I've been using for like 2 years with no issues. This is a great deal.

I've had one of these for 6 months or so and it's been great. Actually does rapid-charging on my Pixel phone, whereas other car-adapter USB QC ports don't. Plus the retractable cords do their thing, then get out of the way when you don't need them.

Voice of experience: make sure any cords you use with the non-retractable ports are of the "coiled" variety, otherwise you will definitely, eventually break them where they meet the adapter. Especially the USB-C connector, which cannot stand up to cord yanks or forces. The LISEN port is durable, but the cable USB-C connector will ultimately bend and fail.
