What is the difference between this RTX4070 and a 4070 that is in a desktop case. The second is obviously much larger.
I ask because I'm currently having to warranty return a desktop with a 4070 in it - which itself replaced my old Dell G7 laptop. Considering returning to a laptop after the warranty mess is taken care of.
