This is a good price for Anker's audience, but there are many similar products with this function and power, and the price can be lower. This is my opinion.😁
Well, they're technically correct. Baseus Picogo and INIU both offer alternatives, up to 45W, in the same packaging. And the price "could be cheaper" - technically true.
That doesn't mean it's realistic. Technically correct, but that's about it.

I bought this. Unfortunately, its crap & somehow always dead. I'm not sure how it drains so quickly when my other 10,000 Anker I bought off a SD 5 years ago still holds a charge forever. I also didn't read closely enough and didn't see it only contains one single usb c. Yes it has qi, but i find it hard to get it to work. My other chi chargers work with my case.

Have you tried returning? You might have just got a dud.

They have participated in federal recalls - which is what you want from a vendor. Some of their early stuff is not great.
The only complaint I have is that they sometimes put thin metal on their units to make them the thinnest. Then they get so hot you have to use something to hold them.
But the temp circuits today are rather solid, I haven't had a failure with Baseus and have at least a few units.

Contact their support and they'll probably replace it at no cost to you. Anker support is really good.
They replaced my 737, considerably more expensive, even though it was a few weeks out of warranty. I demonstrated the health meter on it wasn't accurate and they agreed it duped me. Got an upgraded unit and didn't pay shipping.
