Bulbasaur was like $11 or $12 on Amazon the other day. They've been popping up on deals a lot, so I'd set an alert if you're interested.
They accepted my $8 offer as well yesterday after denying my $7 offer. It was funny, because it sold out while my offer was pending, and they added more stock and accepted it.
