I've had pretty good luck with Tramontina tri-ply cookware. I find it's a step up from generic without being as wild of cost as my All Clad or Made In

Depends on your typical use, 10 is a good in between size for most things. 12 is for bigger dishes.

im just saying hamburger helper calls for 12 inch pan.
(i love saying this because i cant stand hamburger helper but it riles up people.)

I know not everyone has money to throw around but if you cook a lot, All Clad stainless at least is well worth the money. They have seconds sales (manufactured with small cosmetic defects and/or open box) that get posted on here regularly and during these sales they're decently affordable.
I swear by Tramontina for "consumable" items like nonstick pans (replace every 2-3 years), but stainless steel is one of the few buy once, use for lifetime items.

Can't be any worse than the shit All-Clad puts out that has rivets busting inside the package making handles loose. They don't warranty anything unless sold directly. Even then, good luck with direct messages with All-Clad clowns. Erosion stains that don't come out even though you use several ounces of olive oil, or butter or anything else to cook. And not at high temps. Go with anything stainless besides All-Clad

I have all clad and tramontina. I use Tramontina most of the time because the all-clad handles are so awful on the d3 lol
