I mostly rely on my phone (iOS set with critical alerts to bust through DnD, etc) and speakerhubs to give an alarm, so use the other model here without the alarm: https://slickdeals.net/f/18214162-yolink-smart-home-starter-kit-hub-water-leak-sensor-4-pack-sms-text-email-push-notifications-lora-up-to-1-4-mile-open-air-range-49-99
That said, these are great if you want to make sure you know there is a leak without those things... I can think of how this would work really well for a kids bathroom, guests over, rentals and such where an app and even speakerhub announcement isn't enough.
And a tip for people: these can integrate into different YoLink valves like a clamp on bulldog valve, or even inline, so it can shut off water automatically. I do that in addition to more sensors like a Phyn ($$$) and Flume (cheaper and integrates with YoLink valves) to cover bases. I hate water leaks!
Go Govee or go bust. Govee has many other options to add to there environment
Agreed. I just bought a 3 pack with hub for $39.99. Got some smart air purifiers too. Already got their Dream View and a whole bunch of their light options. Love how they integrate everything and make it easy to use with Matter, Alexa, or Google. Only time will tell the durability but out of the 15+ Govee products I have bought I only had issues with a power adapter to my light strip kit. Contacted Govee and provided proof of purchase from Amazon. They sent a replacement adapter for free and the shipping got delayed so they refunded me the cost of the whole kit. The replacement adapter was eventually delivered. After that experience Govee's customer support gained my respect and showed they clearly stand by their products which is why I am taking the time to write this and probably coming off like a shill from Govee 😂

Just ordered the Yo-link ones and their automatic water shut off. I couldn't find an automatic water shut off product by Govee, unless I missed it. I really don't know which brand is better.
The Yolink system is very reliable, and the units and well designed. I really like that the speaker hub can "speak" alerts and you can tell it exactly what to say, rather than just a warning tone. So for something like a water leak system or motion/door sensors I highly recommend it. But it's not a platform that I would build a whole "smart home" on. The app lacks some customization and smart features that I would expect to have, and each accessory tends to be more expensive than other platforms.

Govee makes some good stuff and has fancy marketing, but I trust YoLink more for important items like leak detection. YoLink sells to commercial/industrial, so at least their engineering department is not blatantly making items for lowest cost designed to fail after 1 year warranty expires. YoLink also has real USA based support who don't read off a script.
$52.99 now for the latest Top/Bottom Audible leak sensors. I've had this LoRa technology system and multiple devices since a flooding in my condo ... I have added multiple devices to the ecosystem. It alerts me on my iPhone as well via SMS messages ... and it saved me on one occasion where my upstairs neighbor AC unit overflowed and water was leaking down into my AC closet.
These are very reliable and a good price. Batteries last for years. Saved me many times from a leaky sink.
Exactly another feature why I went with this system .. uses regular batteries, even rechargeable ... unlike other systems that use proprietary small batteries that are more expensive and do not last as long.
