In the shop app, I chatted first with support using "Help me before I buy" app option. They were of no help and could not solve my $50 not visible issue or the text subscription promo not being visible issue. But after going through everything they asked me to do - logout/login etc etc - they asked me to contact https://www.samsung.com/us/support/order-help/. Which opened another webpage for chat with support which seems to be a different chat support.
I just asked for help to lower my cost and they obliged with a 10% off coupon without any questions. Asked me for name, email, phone number, shipping, billing etc and created a cart for me.
I uninstalled the Shop app so that it doesnt open when I click the link. On clicking the link, I got the $150 off cart ready to checkout/pay. There was a sign-in option at the top that I signed in using EPP account and both $150 off and EPP discount applied together. Total was around $792 pre tax which I think is a good price for this soundbar given all the ongoing Tariff's.

The 15 days return window does not include transit time (back to Samsung) which is another 15 days from the return request date!! So if you request a return on day 15 (last day) from delivery, you have another 15 days to pack and ship back the unit to Samsung.
