Great price for a 60W GaN, so in for two as I need faster than 30W for my S25 Ultra (and other devices).

not UL listed

Hmmm. The 72W charger sure appears to be UL Listed. Photo attached, pulled from an eBay listing.

Edit: removed some snarky wording, apologies.

100% failure rate
I've been ordering from woot since 2010. A few issues but they've always fixed them.
Ex shirts were really thin, they credited full and said to keep them. 1 screw missing from Logitech PC wheel mount, they credited back $20 for the trouble.

I used to have the dual Otterbox wall outlet and it would make loud shock noises and I could often see sparks when I plugged it in to the wall…

You're getting bonus power. Maybe it is a 60W+ charger. Sounds like a great deal to me.

the entire business model is selling high failure rate items with short return windows, woot is worse than amazon about this.

Not trying to be pedantic, just looking to share info in case you or others weren't aware:

Woot! is Amazon. They were acquired by Amazon in 2010.

I went back and checked, my earliest woot as late 2009, so I just beat you! I've had no remarkable problems from woot.

The last woot SD I participated in turned out to be straight-up fraud. They made right on it, but the best way for a multi billion dollar corporation to conduct itself is by avoiding obvious consumer fraud. Make of that what you will.
Kinda hard to take your word since you've provided zero tangible details.

I've ordered probably about 20 things. I would say 2-3 of those have been totally piles of crap (broken or materially not as described). I've seen enough posts on here about cellphone quality being not as described to not buy a cellphone.

20W is not fast charging, or it was in 2010.

Mind if I ask what the item purchased was that turned out to be fraud?
It's probably going to earn more thumbs down but it was the SanDisk microSDs on here a while back. They were sold as new. They were, in fact, loose refurbs in baggies. Refurb'd by who, why, how, where, or when, who knows? Woot eventually contacted buyers about the mistake, but only did anything about it if you reacted to it and initiated a refund.

T shirts did not last long. Printed images started to come off after only a few washes.
Can't speak for anything else on there.
