That is true. High Endurance only works on specific Viofo models. If you have 3 channel Viofo you will get an error message like "low card". So far High endurance seems to be ok on 4k+2k and A229 plus 2CH. Max and High endurance has the same speed and only Max Endurance work. I asked Viofo but didn't get the answer.

My Sandisk has failed me in my Viofo, but not Samsung.

Ah, I've been ensnared with the picky nature of viofo dashcams recently. I had a Samsung high endurance card in my a229 for 2+ years. It would reboot randomly once in a while. It got real bad last month where it would reboot every few minutes so I sent a message to tech support. They said swap the card to a recommended card. I chose the viofo branded one and the reboots went away.

Quick easy checks for authenticity: if packaging looks legit in print quality, shine a bright light through the cardboard and you'll see the inner printed instructions for recycling, the texturing/embossing of the blister plastic sealing the sd card itself, and the 'RescuePRO Deluxe' sticker on the inside before opening and inspecting the card for s/n directly.

Is this SD card a good fit for the Vantrue dashcam. I'm using sandisk now. I'm having a lot of issues with it. I'm wondering if this can help to overcome it.
