Not too bad for blu-ray. Sadly no good deals for 4k, lowest price movie starts at $15.

Just because they are not "cheap" doesn't mean they aren't good deals

Anytime I see "as low as" in my mind that means a few trash titles nobody wants will be that price and everything else pretty typical prices.

It's just a headline. The final day of the sale is 4/21.

I don't think I've ever seen any of the boutique labels drop their prices down to $10 for a 4K, and I definitely don't remember KL ever doing that. It's only the major studios selling their titles that'll periodically offer Walmart bargain bin prices.

These prices also beat the lowest historical Amazon prices for quite a few titles

That is frequently true but with these Kino sales they are frequently as cheap as it gets. The only killer is you need to other $60 worth otherwise the shipping cost is completely outrageous.

I managed to get over the $60 but I've literally skipped sales before due to being a title or two short of the free shipping tier.

Even on this one, I bought something I certainly wouldn't have otherwise, but a few of the titles I've been waiting years to get an HD release.

Target's "buy 2 get 1 free" movie sales are the best deals on boutique releases. You can get lots of Kino Lorber 4k movies for around $13.

The cheapest 4k UHD movie is $15. No thanks.
