With it being a bedside device, slow and steady is probably better on the batteries anyway.
Anything that isn't Qi2, it doesn't matter if it's "15W Magsafe compatible" - over Qi(1), iPhones will only take 7.5w, which is rather slow. Again, for overnight bedside charging this is probably preferable for lower temperature/long term battery health.
As mgoodlin said, all of the reviews seem to be Vine Reviews of a free product. The Vine program is a husk of what it used to be, they now expect you to review 100 products every six months to remain at gold status and get more items/items of higher value. This leads to reviews with a lot less care than in the past. This is a bit of a dice roll as a result. Fakespot rating of C for the company, A for the product, but again all reviews are via Vine (got it for free).
At the price, I would probably chance this purchase given Amazon's return policy, if you would put this somewhere like a home/office desk where the fast charge rate on all devices would be significant.

Still I have a couple lamicall products and they are not trash. I consider lamicall not as good as anker but reasonably good brand.
