I wouldn't if I were you. I bought this same Amazon fire TV from woot last month and it came with no feet and no power cord. Got a partial refund, ordered some feet and a cord on Amazon. Then I realized that there was issues with the screen coming detached from the inside of the display, like it was some sort of fabric material that came unglued and was now wavy and distorted the image in several places. Plus the remote control that was sent separately wouldn't pair with the TV so I couldn't even get out of setup mode. Sent it back for a refund and got a 80% refund because it didn't account for the remote sent separately or something. L
Be sure to add the remote to your cart in addition to the TV. I think this is the correct RTINGS: https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews...v-4-series
Fire TV Alexa Voice Remote (New Condition) **IMPORTANT NOTE** This TV does not ship with the remote. Please add both the remote and a TV to your cart and receive $29.99 off your subtotal.

Ordered for $100 with the discount for the remote. TV arrived a couple days ago in an amazon box. Checked inside, looks lightly used, came with feet, power cord, and remote. Couple days later another remote showed up in an amazon bag shipped by USPS.

In the process of mounting it now. This is replacing a ~3 year old Toshiba fire tv that went bad. The Toshiba was vesa 200 and this is vesa 300, both using M6 bolts. So I only had to slightly tweak the walmart ONN mount arms to hook it up. The Toshiba had deep thread bodies but the amazon ones are shallow so had to break out the spaces from my original mount kit. Also had to fiddle a bit with the main mount plate holding the bracket to get the bolts to line up with the provided vesa 300 screw slots in the mount. On the plus side, for my extra free remote noticed they also threw in a couple amazon basic batteries too.

And to complete my blog post, First screen after turning on was to select language. Remote responded right away to do so. Next screen it says it needs to pair with a remote as it didn't find one. Took remote next to the TV and had to hold the home button for over 15 seconds before it finally started the pairing process. Then the TV went through 2 software update cycles before I could do anything. After that, saw a notice in the settings when making adjustments to also do a remote software update.

And a FYI for anyone thinking video playback looks odd, you have to be playing a video and hold the Home button to enter settings, then go to picture, and then reduce the Action Smoothing setting to 0 to get rid of the soap opera effect.

Ordered one 43"....perfect shape...legs,remote,cord , everything included....seems new.
Ordered another about 4 days after I received first one.
It arrived....screen busted up badly.
Contacted Woot.....They wanted to know if I wanted replace
or refund.
I ordered this 2nd one as BD present,so I said replace.
So they contacted me and said vendor ran out.
Anyway, within 6 hours they refunded my money and told me to keep the busted one for parts or give it away.
Woot has always been so responsive to my queries.

Well I ordered mine on 4/3 and thought it was going to get delivered last week while we were gone for vacation but ended up just being the remote. TV was still showing "pending shipping". Reached out to Woot and got a reply they were looking into it and got a shipping notification today that it's coming on 4/23 so we'll see. A little worried with the mixed bag of quality others have gotten on here...

I had the exact same experience minus the screen detach. No feet, no power cord, could not connect remote and get out of initial set up, returned.

Some hope for you... I bought the 43in variation with separate remote on 4/2.

The new remote was sent separately about 4 days later and the initial delivery date for the TV was 4/9...

On 4/13, I messaged Woot and got a response on Monday, 4/14 that they were delayed and I could wait or get a refund. Figured I didn't want to deal with returning the remote so decided to keep the order and it was delivered today.

Brand new.

Retail packaging. Legs, power cord, remote, batteries, manual were all sealed and packed accordingly. TV itself has the VESA screws intact and all the plastic on the edges and screen still attached.

Still have the other remote too... Screaming deal! You likely will get a brand new one!

Fingers crossed!
Welp mine came today - box said "New Stock" on it and had black packaging bands around it. The TV had what appeared to be factory wrapping around the edges with the EnergyStar sticker on it but no remote, legs or power cord. The remote they sent won't pair as many others have experienced and while I was able to get the Fire TV app to connect (via a 4 digit cord) after connecting the TV via an ethernet cable to my router, it won't advance past the "searching for remote" screen. Just for fun, I ordered the newest version of the remote from Amazon (https://a.co/d/bfKrcT1) to see if that will pair and at least let me pair the "free" remote (appears to be an older version but should work with the Series 4 https://a.co/d/0hOCxLP ) and then I can return the newer one. Otherwise I guess it'll have to go back if I can't find a work around.
Full list of things I've tired:
1) Resetting the remote (tried holding the left directional side of the ring, back and menu buttons as well as the left and back buttons per different instructions)
2) Factory reset the TV by unplugging it, holding down the power button on the tv and plugging it back in until the Fire TV logo comes up and then selecting the factory reset option. Funny enough, was able to use the remote to scroll through the menu.
3) Tried to get the Fire TV app to connect after plugging the TV into my router via an ethernet cable. Was able to get the TV to prompt a 4 digit code but did not respond to any inputs from the app.

edit: There is a solve to the remote not pairing issue! I saw Dirt4Life's comment about using an Insignia Fire TV remote to get around the pairing issue and bought a cheap replacement remote off Amazon (note this isn't the exact listing I bought as that one doesn't seem to be available anymore but the linked one looks exactly the same) and that paired immediately to the TV. I was able to go through the TV updates and then when I went to pair the remote that Woot shipped, it said it needed to be updated and then worked fine. I have a feeling it's a combo of the TV and remote firmware levels causing issues with the pairing. Going to return the cheap remote to Amazon and complain to Woot to see if I can at least get a credit. Good luck!

No legs, no power cord, remote won't pair with TV.

Got the Hall of Shame trio. Sending it back, making sure I send it back as two packages so I don't get shortchanged.

I knew I was taking a chance with this, as Fire TV is a garbage OS with garbage remotes, and I lost.

Oh well.

Got one delivered today and the remote. No power cord, no legs. Found an old cable, powered up but stuck on pairing the remote. Will not pair with the firetv remote. Returning it...definitely not "certified refurbished".

Same issue here. Stuck at remote searching screen. I also tried with Fire TV app on my iPhone and nothing was better.

This might help the 1/2% that might also have an insignia fire television.I used this remote to get past the searching screen and after I did that, it instantly recognized the remote that came with our sets. Maybe another fire remote might work as well? Worth a shot
No legs or power cord here as well, but at least set looks perfect.

Just FYI - I found a solve to the remote pairing issue. Take a look at the bottom of my post here but TL/DR you need to buy a cheap remote off Amazon to get through the initial steps (which you can either keep or return once done).

The first one is the same one I got, hopefully that works for you! Also I sent a note to Woot customer service about the missing legs, cords and needing to buy a separate remote to get it to work and they refunded me $35. Worth a shot if you get it working!
